Scaffold Tubes
Duscaff manufactures Scaffold Tubes that conform to EN 39, EN 10219, ASTM, JIS, and AS/NZ standards.
The outer diameters of the tubes are 48.30 mm.
Wall thicknesses range from 3.20 mm to 4.00 mm.
The grades of the steel used in the production of the tubes are S235, S275, and S355.
The tubes are available in milled-finish (no coating), painted finish, and hot-dipped galvanized finish.
Features
Coating
The tubes are hot-dipped galvanized. The coating thickness is in every case over 60 microns; above and beyond what the standards specify.
Embossing
The tubes are embossed at every 1-meter length with details about the standard, production details, and other relevant information.
Testing and Certifications
Duscaff products undergo stringent testing and quality control measures. Test reports and certificates are available upon request.
Custom Sizes
Tubes can be manufactured to the dimensions of your choice. The most common lengths range from 0.50 meters to 6.4 meters.
